What Results Can I Expect ?

It really depends on your current position and the time you can commit. It's very individual. But in general, this applies.
If you have the work ethic and time to do this, I am confident to say, that, from experience working with other people, I can help you squeeze in 2-3 years (the current rate of your progress ) in the next 6 months. 

Following bad advice, or no advice at all, is the killer of your gains. Your biggest problem however, is the one you are not aware of. 

How Much Does a Service Like That Cost

It is no secret that online coaching will save you money compared to having regular personal training sessions. Those only last about an hour each, and after that, you barely get any value. 

Rate can be very flexible, depending on the requirements of the individual and what they want. 

How Does It All Work

First, we agree on a 1:1 consultation, to discuss  your goals and potential barriers and come up with a plan to solve them for you. From here, judging we are a good fit and the capacity is not maxed out. I will have you fill in comprehensive questionnaire and will start working on your plan upon the submission. When the plan is ready, we hop on a call again, where we go over the nutrition and training plans together, to make sure you understand everything. The next steps are - gains of all sorts - physical, and mental.

Can Beginners Be Coached By You?

Absolutely! The work I do is designed for trainees of levels, including beginners who are just starting their fitness journey.

Do You Offer Nutrition Guidance Along With Fitness Programs?

Yes, I will provide you with nutritional plan that will be based of your likings and dislikes, to complement your training plan to make sure you progress at the best rate possible.
